Deposit Policy

Understanding our deposit requirements for coaching and training services.

Deposit Requirements

To secure your coaching program or training session, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your place and ensures dedicated preparation time from our coaching team.

Deposit Amount

  • Business Coaching Programs: 50% of total program fee
  • Workforce Training Sessions: 50% of total training fee
  • The Pivot Playbook Program: 50% deposit required
  • LIA (Live Inbound Answering) Training: 50% deposit required

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for deposits:

  • M-Pesa (Kenya)
  • Bank Transfer (Kenyan banks)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal (for international clients)

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due before the start of your coaching program or training session. Payment schedules can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Late Payments

If the balance payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your program. A late fee may apply for payments received after the deadline.

Important Notes

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date
  • Deposits secure your place for 30 days from the date of payment
  • Program fees are subject to change, but confirmed rates are locked in upon deposit
  • All payments are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or USD
