Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content provided by BeeSmart Consulting are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business information shared during coaching sessions. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

BeeSmart Consulting provides coaching and guidance, but ultimate business decisions and outcomes are the responsibility of the client. We do not guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Coaching sessions require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may forfeit the session. Training events follow specific cancellation policies outlined in the event registration.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
